The Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation is an annual publication with a law review format, produced and edited by Penn State University Dickinson School of Law, under the supervision of Prof. Thomas E. Carbonneau. With the law school’s long-standing reputation in the international and domestic arbitration and ADR community, the Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation provides deserving and qualified PSU law students with a challenging editorial experience.

The AAA Handbooks assemble from Dispute Resolution Journal — the flagship publication of the AAA — and other sources, the leading professional writing in areas in which arbitration and ADR are likely to apply. These 300-page, hardcover volumes provide essential orientation and are a must for anyone with an interest in the field of ADR.
