The panel will consist of four outstanding women: Judge Christylee L. Peck from the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas, Shamaine Daniels, owner of the Law Office of Shamaine Daniels, specializing in immigration matters, Arla Waller, Deputy Public Defender at the Cumberland County Public Defender Office, and Elizabeth L. Pettis, Assistant Counsel at the Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel.
