Professor Casey McClain is an assistant public defender in Centre County, Pennsylvania, a position he has held since 2004. He represents clients in matters ranging from minor drug possession to murder and has handled many high-profile cases and appeals to the Superior Court. He has extensive experience in felony trials and has served as a guest judge in Trial Advocacy I for several years.
He supervises the Indigent Criminal Justice experiential learning program.
