Normal activities at University Park will resume at 6 a.m. tomorrow (March 4), depending on weather conditions.
Please contact Cathy Tranell to complete paperwork for wage payroll positions. All employees must complete a background check before beginning work for Penn State. You may not begin working until clearance has been received by Human Resources.

- Penn State pay vouchers have “gone green.” Employees can view and print their pay information online at Employee Self-Service Information Center (ESSIC). Instructions are available online.

- Timecards should be submitted in a timely manner
- Students may not work more than 20 hours per week during the semester and no more than 40 hours during breaks/summer.
- Non-student employees must receive prior approval before exceeding 40 hours per week.
