Ross Pifer to testify on transparency of milk pricing

At the request of the Pennsylvania Senate Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, Ross Pifer, director of Penn State Law's Agricultural Law Resource and Reference Center, testified at a hearing on the transparency of milk pricing. The hearing was held on Wednesday, December 9, at 1:00 p.m. in Hearing Room 1 of the North Office Building, Main Capitol Building.
Professor Pifer joined Penn State Law in 2008 to direct the Agricultural Law Resource and Reference Center, which conducts research, provides presentations, and prepares educational materials on agricultural law and policy issues. Prior to joining Penn State Law, Professor Pifer was an attorney with the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Office of General Counsel. He earned an LL.M. degree in agricultural law from the University of Arkansas, a J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law, and a B.S. in agricultural business management from Penn State.
