All members of the Penn State Law community are invited and welcome to join. MLSA is an organization that fosters and encourages professional competence; focuses on the relationship of the minority law student and the minority attorney to the American and International legal structure; instills in the minority law student and the minority attorney a greater awareness and commitment to the needs of the minority community; and does all things necessary and appropriate to accomplish these purposes.
