Arbitration Law Review Submission Information

The Arbitration Law Review invites the submission of unsolicited articles for publication in a future edition of the Review.

Submissions must be substantially related to an alternative dispute resolution issue.

Authors are encouraged to use gender-neutral language. In addition, citations should substantially conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (a copyright of The Columbia Law Review Association, The Harvard Law Review Association, the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, and The Yale Law Journal).

Submissions from current students, other than junior and senior members who have earned their positions on the Review through their selection via the casenote competition, will not be accepted.

Submissions to the Review may be sent electronically as follows: via ExpressO or via e-mail to PennStateLawYAM@gmail.com. The Review also accepts submissions via postal mail.

For articles submitted via e-mail, please include in the body of your e-mail the following information:

  • Name of Author
  • Author's Academic or Professional Affiliation
  • Author's E-mail Address
  • Title of Article

Please attach a copy of the article, a current CV, and, if possible, a brief abstract of the article.

Articles will not be returned unless a request and a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope are enclosed.
