  • Jamison Colburn

    Professor Jamison Colburn is a scholar of environmental law and policy. Prior to teaching, Professor Colburn was an enforcement litigator for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and a collaborating researcher with the Project on Public Problem Solving at Columbia University, which studied the collaborative roles played by local and regional grassroots organizations.

  • Jeffrey Erickson

    Clinical Professor Jeffrey Erickson is director of the International Sustainable Development Projects Law Clinic (ISDPLC) and a supervising attorney in Penn State Law’s Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before several state and federal administrative agencies.

  • Lara B. Fowler

    Professor Lara Fowler is an attorney and mediator who focuses on environmental, energy, and natural resource law, with a specific focus on water related issues. She has a joint appointment between Penn State Law and the Penn State Institutes of Energy and the Environment where she is working on questions related to water, the Chesapeake Bay, and energy. Prior to joining Penn State, she was an attorney at Gordon Thomas Honeywell LLP in Seattle, Washington, where she focused on mediation and dispute resolution of complex natural resource issues, as well as representing clients facing regulatory hurdles in the environmental and energy fields.

  • Flynt Leverett

    An expert on the Middle East, international political economy, and Chinese foreign policy, Flynt Leverett is part of the founding faculty for Penn State's School of International Affairs, faculty affiliate in Penn State’s School of Law and Asian Studies Program, and visiting scholar at Peking University's School of International Studies. He is a regular contributor to The World Financial Review and, with his wife and frequent co-author, Hillary Mann Leverett, writes www.GoingToTehran.com, a prominent forum for realist analysis on Iran and the Middle East.

  • Dean of Penn State Law, Hari M. Osofsky

    Hari M. Osofsky is dean of Penn State Law and the Penn State School of International Affairs on Penn State's University Park campus. 

  • Ross Pifer

    Professor Ross Pifer’s research focuses on shale gas development and the interface between agricultural and residential development. He has been an attorney with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Office of General Counsel, and he has advised military personnel and commands in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Great Britain, and Germany while on active duty with the U.S. Army JAG Corps at the Netherlands Law Center.
