Certificate in Legal Studies Program

ACADEMICS AND CONCENTRATIONS

Penn State Law in University Park offers a 6-12 month (15 credits) Certificate in Legal Studies program.

All Certificate students have the option on building their own concentration that allows for specialization in a field of choice. Additionally, Penn State Law offers two concentrations: (1) Energy Law and Regulation and (2) Information Security and Privacy Law.

FLEXIBLE LEARNING OPTIONS

In this residential program, students will have the option to take some of their courses remotely to maximize flexibility. Faculty encourage deep discussions and debates that support active participation of all students. The choice of taking some classes remotely while being part of the University Park campus makes this program ideal for working professionals. Students electing remote learning options will be expected to be in a time zone that facilitates participating in a live class.
