Penn State Law professor Samuel C. Thompson Jr. presented three special lectures in October and November to provide voters with an overview of Secretary Clinton’s and  Mr. Trump’s varying economic policy proposals.  If you were unable to join in person, the talks are available on the Penn State Law YouTube channel.
