New technologies like cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence, new technological business models like the gig economy, and new practice tools raise novel legal questions and also change the day-to-day practice of law.  This course will discuss those technologies, review the existing law and new legal frameworks necessary for coping with them, and also give students a grounding in the new legal technology they can expect to use in practice.
