Federal Taxation of Domestic and International Business Transactions Seminar

This seminar will be based on Professor Thompson's forthcoming book entitled Deskbook on Business Taxation. Students will develop a basic understanding of business tax principles generally.  Students will make presentations on several chapters and have the opportunity to dig deeply into one topic in the required seminar paper. This course satisfies the upper-level writing seminar requirement.
