Join the Penn State College of Engineering's Architectural Engineering Department for their Distinguished Speaker Series as they welcome Christopher Payne. Throughout his career in energy efficiency and sustainability policy research, Payne has focused on understanding how decisions about energy use are made, how public policy shapes those decisions, and how energy policy can be made more efficient, effective, and persistent.
