The Center for the Study of Sports in Society and the Sports & Entertainment Law Society will co-host a conversation on In-House Counsel Perspectives on Sports and Entertainment Broadcasting with distinguished guest, prominent Penn State alumnus Randolph B. Houston, Jr. Randolph is currently Senior Counsel for Business and Legal Affairs at Complex Networks. Mr. Houston was previously Senior Counsel at NBC Sports Group and a partner in his own law firm specializing in intellectual property law issues and litigation for a variety of clients in the entertainment industry. 

Houston will discuss how in-house lawyers need to interact with sports and entertainment clients and offer his perspectives on how sports and entertainment executives should interact with their lawyers. He will also offer his own expert perspectives on new developments in sports broadcasting.
