Hunter Lovins Colloquium on the Environment

Hunter Lovins Colloquium on the Environment

Penn State's Institutes of Energy and the Environment and Sustainability Institute invite you to attend the annual Colloquium on the Environment, this year featuring L. Hunter Lovins, president and co-founder of Natural Capitalism Solutions

She will be delivering her keynote talk on Climate Change: Profitably Solving the Problem.

A renowned author of 15 books and champion of sustainable development for over 35 years, Hunter has consulted on business, economic development, sustainable agriculture, energy, water, security, and climate policies for scores of governments, communities, and companies worldwide. Within the United States, she has consulted for heads of state, departments of defense, energy agencies, and hundreds of state and local agencies.

The talk is free and open to all; however, pre-registration is requested (and required for online attendees). The talk will be offered both in-person at 118 Katz Building and livestreamed online. In-person attendees must follow all Penn State COVID protocols in effect on the date of the talk (currently masks are required in creative spaces like a lecture hall). Parking will be available in the Law School parking lot and the East Parking Deck.

Please join us for this critical conversation about sustainable development and climate change!
