This workshop is designed to help deepen the capacity of students for self-awareness, self-compassion, and caring for others. We will discuss new ways of “showing up” in life that counter the typical college culture of stress, pressure, and competition. We will explore ways to not only reduce stress, but to also increase our capacity to flourish – to create joy, purpose, and belonging. Students will leave the training knowing in-the-moment mindfulness strategies, along with the reminder: You are not alone. You will have the option to request a one-hour workshop, a two-session series or a three-session series. Coffee and Snacks will be provided! Part of Penn State Law in University Park Wellness Week activities.
