On March 29, the United States Navy and Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals will hear oral argument in the case of United States v. Begani. The case addresses the issue of whether Article 2 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice denies appellant the right of equal protection by subjecting him to court-martial after his retirement from active service.

Oral argument will begin at 1:00 p.m. in room 110, and a reception with the court will follow oral argument.
