The keynote address will be given by Julie J. Park, Associate Professor of University of Maryland and author of Race on Campus: Debunking Myths with Data and When Diversity Drops: Race, Religion, and Affirmative Action in Higher Education. Panelists will include Professor Victor Romero, Penn State Law Maureen B. Cavanaugh Distinguished Faculty Scholar, and Mr. Rafael Alvarado, J.D., Penn State Doctoral Student and President of the Higher Education Student Association (HESA).
