The United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals will hear oral argument in the case of U.S. v. Hodge at noon on Friday, April 6, in the courtroom of the Lewis Katz Building. The case concerns sexual assault and the reliability of recidivism expert evidence and the impact of sexual orientation.
