Hon. William "Skip" Arbuckle III

The Hon. William "Skip" Arbuckle serves as a magistrate judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, a role he entered into full-time in June 2017. Prior to this role, Judge Arbuckle specialized in litigation and was a member of the Mazza Law Group P.C. since 1994. He is experienced in criminal law, family law, and professional licensing. He was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Ohio, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association editorial board and was chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Board from 2005 to 2007.
Judge Arbuckle served as a JAG in the U.S. Air Force Reserves from 1971 to 1981. He has also been a public defender in Erie, Pennsylvania, and worked as a prosecutor in Ohio.
