Prior to joining Penn State, Professor Marsico was employed at one of IBM’s research facilities devoted to developing cooling systems for high-speed computing equipment. Professor Marsico earned his J.D. from Temple University and his Bachelor and Master’s in mechanical engineering from Manhattan College. Professor Marsico has teaching responsibilities in Mechanical Engineering, Surveying Engineering, and Criminal Justice. Professor Marsico’s areas of interest are in property, professional ethics, and public policy impacting the engineering profession.
