Single/Sole Source Justification (SSJ) Form

The Single/Sole Source Justification (SSJ) Form must be used as justification for a purchase from a single or sole source without open competition when the purchase is $10,000 or above. This is considered an exception to policy and acceptance of this request will be at the discretion of Central Procurement. Competitive bids should be obtained through Central Procurement.
