The mission of the Dickinson School of Law Alumni Society is to advance the law school’s goals and initiatives and promote its strategic plan; to collaborate with the President, the dean, and the board of counselors in carrying out approved projects and programs; and to provide a meaningful connection between the law school and its alumni. Programs, events, and initiatives of the Alumni Society shall support this mission and endeavor to achieve the following:
Maximize alumni impact and engagement
Promote the personal and professional development of members
Advance a culture of giving and support for the law school
Build and maintain forums for students and alumni interaction
With over 160,000 members, the Penn State Alumni Association is the largest dues-paying organization of its kind in the world. Visit the Penn State Alumni Association website to learn more about membership options and benefits.
When law school alumni join the Penn State Alumni Association, they are automatically enrolled as members of the Penn State Law Alumni Society. As full members of that organization, alumni can choose to run for open seats on the Dickinson School of Law Alumni Society’s board of directors.
And, in addition to the many benefits of PSAA membership, law school PSAA members can take advantage of discounts on law school merchandise, CLE programs, and other alumni events.
