The Bergen law school offers various courses taught in English within the following broad subject areas: Human rights, energy law, commercial law, company law and legal philosophy. The courses are taught by specialists, including professors from recognized universities abroad. Courses are open to exchange students in both fall and spring semesters. The courses are registered through the web registration.
Recommended semester workload: generally 30 ECTS per semester (standard credit load per course is 10 ECTS, with some exceptions). Please check with the Penn State Law adviser on the number of recommended courses.
Academic Transcript: Students have to order their transcript on Student Web before leaving Norway. The transcript is then sent to the address provided by the student on Student Web.
