As with most major university towns, there is a wide range of housing options, depending on the budget and needs of the student. To assist you in your search, the University maintains extensive housing information on its website.
LL.M. students may apply for graduate housing at White Course Apartments, an on-campus community of the University offering apartments for single students and students with families. A supportive staff and an excellent safety/security program help to make graduate life easier and more comfortable. Special activities and programs help residents get to know one another and form friendships that will last a lifetime.
Single student apartments accommodate four students per each. Each student has a private bedroom, and shares a bathroom with another student. Each apartment has a shared kitchen and living room. Students who are accompanied with families may apply for one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartments, depending on family size. Each family housing apartment has its own kitchen and laundry facilities and utilities, phone service, cable, and internet access are included in the rent.
Because the availability of on-campus housing is limited, it is important that you complete a non-binding housing application as soon as possible. The housing application can be completed online. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please e-mail the housing office if you have questions about the on campus housing application.
Those interested in living off-campus may secure information from the University’s Off Campus Living. Click on “online classifieds” search for available housing, a roommate, or a list of local realtors.
