The Penn State Law in University Park mock trial team was the runner-up in the recent Buffalo-Niagara Mock Trial Invitational Competition.
"The quality of the advocacy in the trial was the best I have seen in a 1L competition,” said Professor of Practice Chris French. “I was really impressed.”
On the second Monday of every month, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., the Veterans Clinic will offer free legal consultations to veterans and servicemembers at the Starbucks store located at 232 West College Avenue in State College, part of Starbucks' national Military Mondays Program.
One of the most valuable experiences for Penn State Law students is the opportunity to collaborate with professors on high-impact projects and publications.

The Penn State Law Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic doubled its workload and handled over 19 complex matters for veterans in 2020.
This year, the Buffalo-Niagara Mock Trial Competition, one of the largest national invitationals in the country, moved to a remote format via Zoom in light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, presenting a new challenge to the Penn State Law in University Park team.
