In general, the use, possession and distribution of alcoholic beverages are prohibited upon the property of The Pennsylvania State University, including Penn State Law, unless specifically authorized. (http://guru.psu.edu/policies/AD18.html).
Where such use, possession, and distribution are permitted, strict compliance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required. The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are published as the "Liquor Code," PL90, April 12, 1951, and the Liquor Control Board Regulations.

Policy AD18 requires that a request form be submitted in order to possess/use alcoholic beverages for activities on the property of The Pennsylvania State University. Please note that the form should be submitted at least one month prior to your event.
