UPDATE, June 17, 2021: The Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of the plaintiff, Mr. Mondelli, represented by the Penn State Law Civil Rights Appellate Clinic and argued by 2021 Penn State Law alumnae Kira Geary and Anna Notchick.

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – On Monday, May 10, students from the Penn State Law Center for Immigrants’ Rights Clinic (CIRC) updated the Borough Council on the extension of the memorandum of understanding (MOU) between CIRC and the Borough of State College and announced the launch of a new webpage with community resources for immigrant residents to be housed on the Borough’s website.  
Penn State Law Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic Spring 2021
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Penn State Law Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic will restart its Military Mondays program on April 12, 2021. On the second Monday of every month, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., the Veterans Clinic will offer free legal consultations to veterans and servicemembers at the Starbucks store located at 232 West College Avenue in State College.
