Students participating in the ISDP Law Clinic will have completed all 1L required courses and one or more semesters of elective courses.  There are no formal prerequisites or co-requisites; however, suggested 2L courses include:

• Intensive Legal Writing and Drafting
• International Trade Law
• Licensing of Intellectual Property
• Professional Responsibility
