Richard Neal, Research Assistant

Richard is from Columbia, SC. He completed his undergraduate degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship at the University of South Carolina in the Darla Moore School of Business. Richard is in the joint degree program at Penn State for a JD/MBA. He just completed his first year of law school and will be moving into the MBA program next year. He has found a home at Penn State and involved himself in several student organizations, including being appointed as a Delegate for the Graduate and Professional Student Association. Richard is interested in working in legal or business roles in the oil and gas sector. In his position as a research assistant at the Agriculture and Shale Law Center, he will not only be gain valuable legal skills but will also receive in depth exposure to the agriculture and shale industries.
