Professor Lopatka on Intel anti-trust case

A November 4, New York Times article featured a quote from Professor John Lopatka regarding an antitrust case filed by the New York attorney general, Andrew M. Cuomo, against Intel Corporation, the world's largest chip maker. The lawsuit charges that Intel violated state and federal laws to protect its dominance in the chip market. The Times reported that the case is likely to follow the path of the antitrust case against Microsoft in which the Federal Trade Commission and other states followed suit and filed similar cases.
