Alternate Dispute Resolution Program (ADR)

Executive Board Members:
Chair: Abdulai Rashid
Executive Vice Chair: Lawrence Miller
Vice Chair of Finance: Khalid Smith
Advisor: Lara Fowler

Mission Statement:
The Alternative Dispute Resolution Program (ADR) serves as the principal ADR organization in the Law School. Its purpose is to help develop the communication and problem-solving skills necessary to be a successful lawyer and advocate. This is done through preparing student members to compete in ADR competition across the country and internationally in topics such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and client counseling. The Alternative Dispute Resolution Program is run entirely by students; members are selected annually through a competition held at the start of the fall semester”
