Our LL.M. program provides students with the opportunity to study with internationally renowned faculty scholars in key areas of U.S. and international and transnational law. Our flexible curriculum allows each student to design a course of study that meets individual career goals with opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and study with Penn State's School of International Affairs.
Our S.J.D. degree is intended for lawyers and scholars practicing outside of the U.S. who seek advanced and specialized knowledge in a particular area of law resulting in the production of a dissertation that will make an original and valuable contribution to legal scholarship.
