Judge Kidd's legal practice took him from clerking, to a Washington, D.C. firm, and then to Orlando, where he served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and was recently appointed to be a U.S. Magistrate Judge. Judge Kidd will discuss his career, including current issues in Fourth Amendment law and the role of federal magistrate judges.
