"How the U.S. Selects a President" by Professor Jud Mathews

In an event hosted by the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Fulbright Association, Penn State Law Professor Jud Mathews will lead a guided tour of the American electoral process as structured by the Constitution and discuss the process as it works in practice today. Professor Mathews, an expert in constitutional and administrative law, is an assistant professor with Penn State Law, as well as an affiliate faculty member at the Penn State School of International Affairs, and holds a Ph.D. in political science and a J.D. from Yale University.
