The Penn State International Arbitration Group (PSIAG) welcomes Dr. Petra Butler, professor at Victoria University of Wellington, to deliver a presentation, "SMEs, the Stepchildren of the International Dispute Resolution System." Butler is director of the Institute of Small and Micro States (ISMS) and a specialist in international commercial law, and domestic and international human rights.
