"Tort law is not the answer. What might be?" and "Can the law do anything to reduce medical errors?"

This semester's final colloquium will be held on Tuesday, May 3, in room 336. The speaker, Michael Saks, is a leading figure in law and psychology.

Dr. Saks will be at University Park to receive to receive a Distinguished Alumni Award from the psychology department, but he has kindly made time to visit the law school for informal remarks and discussion from 12:30-1:30. He will discuss the following question: "Can the Law Do Anything to Reduce Medical Errors?," and he offers the following hint: "Tort law is not the answer. What might be?"
