The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Judge John J. Thomas presiding, will hold a Special Court Session at Penn State Law on Friday, Nov. 2. The hearings will be held in the Apfelbaum Courtroom, 110 Lewis Katz Building, and will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until the docket is completed, likely sometime in the afternoon.
This is an outstanding opportunity to see a federal court in action. All students, faculty and staff are invited to attend. Registration is not required, however, please keep in mind that seating is limited. Attendees may come and go throughout the day, but please maintain decorum while the court is in session and avoid interrupting the proceedings.
