Grading System

Students need to have a minimum grade of 7 (out of 10) to pass each course. The final grade is generally based upon class participation, oral and written presentations, case analysis and mid-term/final exam. Students’ transcripts will be sent to Penn State Law Registrar (January for the fall semester and August for the spring semester) directly.
