J.D. Credit for Study Abroad

  • NTUCL has no minimum or maximum credit requirements for exchange students.NTUCL law seminars taught in English are usually two NTUCL credits.Two NTUCL credits (36 contact hours per semester) are equivalent to three Penn State Law credits.
     
  • It is recommended that Penn State Law exchange students take three or four graduate level law seminars at NTUCL.
     
  • Students enrolled at NTUCL in Term 1 (fall semester) will receive Penn State credit for the fall semester. Credits earned at NTUCL during term 2 (spring semester) will be recorded as spring semester credit at Penn State.
     
  • Students should contact E. Buraq Can regarding course selection, including selection of language courses.
