The UCT application process for study abroad students is outlined here.

The application deadline for first semester (February–June) is October 15. The deadline for applications for the second semester (July–November) is April 15.

Terms of Exchange and Selection Process

Our exchange agreement with the University of Cape Town’s Faculty of Law (UCT) permits us to send up to four students per year for one semester each. If there are more than four qualified students interested in attending in a given year, an internal selection process will be conducted to choose which four Penn State law students may apply to UCT.
