The panel will address mental health and substance use challenges and the importance of asking for support. The goal of this program is to break down barriers, melt away stigmas, and normalize 'the ask' for help.

CAPS Chat provides informal, drop-in consultation for students with counselors from Penn State CAPS. Meetings are free and no call to CAPS is necessary; same day scheduling is available online from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for both virtual and in-person meetings!
