This past Wednesday, the Penn State Law Criminal Appellate & Post-Conviction Services Clinic represented a client convicted of first-degree murder at a post-conviction status conference in Philadelphia (via zoom). Afterwards they met via zoom with the prosecutor, who also happened to be a PSL grad, Jonathan Frisby!
