Penn State Law Veterans Clinic makes big impact

Twelve graduating 3Ls just received news that a Vietnam veteran whom they assisted in Spring and Fall 2023 won his increased rating claims for prostate cancer, ischemic heart disease, and scars. He is now rated at 80% disability and will receive over $2100 in VA monthly benefits. He also won $15,000 in backpay!
