Professor Foreman to testify before U.S. Senate Committee on Workplace Fairness

The testimony of Professor Michael Foreman, director of Penn State Law's Civil Rights Appellate Clinic and clinical professor, before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committe was mentioned in the October 8 Wall St. Journal and can be seen on C-Span.  The hearing is titled "Workplace Fairness: Has the Supreme Court Been Misinterpreting Laws Designed to Protect American Workers from Discrimination?"

In addition to directing the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic, Professor Foreman teaches an advanced employment discrimination course. Prior to joining Penn State Law, he served as the deputy director of legal programs for the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, where he was responsible for supervising all litigation in employment discrimination, housing, education, voting rights, and environmental justice areas since 2001.
