Mindfulness in Law Society

Mission Statement:
The mission of the Mindfulness in Law Society is to help promote well-being and alleviate suffering in the legal profession, nationally and internationally, by educating it about the benefits of mindfulness, yoga, and other contemplative practices for legal and related professionals, and to develop, promote, coordinate, and assess activities to support the continued learning and growth of its members in this regard.

About Us:
The Penn State Law chapter of MILS aims to create a support group among students, faculty, and staff. MILS hosts multiple events throughout the school year such as yoga and camping. For more information, please contact one of this year's officers.
