Which Penn State Law professor and/or faculty member has had the most influence on your journey at Penn State Law?
If I had to choose one, I would say Admiral Houck. He has been the most influential professor on my journey at Penn State Law due to his leadership and teaching style. Admiral Houck challenges students to be their best through deliberate constructive criticism, and his courses are some of the most exciting at Penn State Law.

Are you involved in any student clubs, orgs, etc. that enhanced your Penn State Law experience? If so, in what ways have they enhanced your experience?
I am a member of Phi Delta Phi and Phi Alpha Delta. I am also a member of Penn State Law's National Energy and Sustainability Moot Court Team. Moot Court has enhanced my experience at Penn State Law by allowing me to strengthen my advocacy skills and represent our law school.

What has been your favorite Penn State Law experience so far?
My favorite Penn State Law experience so far has been the 1L Mock Trial Competition. This was an exciting and challenging experience because I had never participated in a mock trial before. It strengthened my oral advocacy skills and ability to think on my feet and quickly learn new skills.

What externships/summer associates/clinics have you done? How has Penn State Law prepared you for that?
In the Summer of 2021, I worked as a law clerk at Ansell Grimm & Aaron. Penn State Law helped me prepare for this role by facilitating courses that helped me become an effective legal researcher and writer. I was also able to use the foundations I learned in my substantive classes to navigate the issues I worked on efficiently.

Where’s your favorite place to go outside of Penn State Law on the University Park Campus?
My favorite place outside of Penn State Law on the University Park Campus is the Penn State Golf Courses.

What do you like to do when you’re not studying?
I enjoy reading, watching sports, and golfing in my free time.
