10th Anniversary Celebration - Judge Smith
The Honorable D. Brooks Smith, Penn State Law adjunct professor and Chief Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, speaks at our 10th anniversary celebration dinner. Judge Smith is the recipient of the 2016 Penn State Law Leadership Award for his extraordinary leadership, commitment, and dedication to Penn State Law.
