Jones ’80 called on Penn State Law students to better understand the issues surrounding adequate funding for courts during “Justice Unfunded—Justice Undone?” a panel discussion held at Lewis Katz Hall on November 10. “We’re fortunate that some of the things that have happened elsewhere in the nation have not happened in Pennsylvania yet .... Law students ... are leaders of tomorrow and you need to understand that this is not going to get easier,” he said.

Judge Bufford appointed delegate to UNCITRAL’s Working Group on Insolvency LawJudge Samuel Bufford has been appointed as a delegate Working Group V (Insolvency Law) of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), an arm of the United Nations.
